Hiring a graduate from Sales Transformations couldn't be simpler. Call us or email us with your requirement, and Sales transformations will produce a short list of candidates who fit the bill. We will then discuss each candidate with you, in depth, and you can then make up your mind which ones you wish to interview. Once you've interviewed them you choose the candidate you think best fits your needs and organisation. We will help you every step along the way. After all Sales Transformations has worked with these people directly and have a 15 day assessment process to rely on. All this information is available to you before you hire any graduate. Once the graduate is in place the mentoring process starts. We will meet with the graduate face to face at least once per month, possibly more often. We will help him/her with any issues she/he may be having with any aspect of their sales career. We can often extend this mentoring to your existing sales people as well! Every three months we will have a review of the sales person'sperformance with you to discuss anything which may help to improve any part of the graduates contribution to your organisation.
