Welcome to our Graduates pages. We aim to recruit Graduates who want to be in sales. If you think sales is about "selling the unwanted to the unwitting by the undeserved" think again. Selling is a profession. In the United States, it always has been. In the UK it barely ranks above Journalism, as the profession people love to hate. Sales Transformations and our Sales Academy was created to change these perceptions. Our mission is to produce highly trained and motivated sales people, ready to confront the old guard and prove that selling is really about assisting customers make the right choices. It's about listening not talking. It's about empathy not apathy. It's about Return On Investment not Results Of Indifference Our courses are free to graduates, yes free. You pay nothing. Nada. What's the catch? We wish there was, but there isn't! You don't sign any contract, and you are not locked into us. You commit to spend three weeks of your life learning the skills and processes behind modern, professional selling so that you can begin a successful sales career. Oh and yes you can earn great salaries. We commit to train you and find you a sales position commensurate with your new skills. If you find yourself a job before can, well that's bad news for us but hey great news for you! Further more, we would we wish you every success!
