Sales Transformations was established in 2007 with the express vision of improving and indeed increasing the "Gene Pool" of the best sales people. Having worked with many (and indeed having started a few!) companies over the years we have observed them wrestling with the same old sales problems - Poor quality sales people Lack of quality sales training Zero mentoring/coaching Failure to meet targets All talk/no action/no listening Promises/Forecasts not delivered A genuine distrust of salespeople (yet ironically an appreciation that without sales companies fail!) SO As highly successful sales professionals ourselves -we decided to do something positive about it!
